Bubbe is an AI matchmaking service. You speak with Bubbe, an AI voice assistant, by phone; she uses your conversations and signup information to propose introductions to other verified members within the Jewish community. Bubbe is an AI, not a person, and she'll be the first to tell you so.
Calls with Bubbe are recorded and transcribed so she can do her job. She discloses this at the start of every call. If you don't consent to recording, don't continue the call, and matching won't be possible.
We work hard to propose compatible introductions, but we make no promises about outcomes: matches, dates, chemistry, or marriage. Bubbe is confident, not clairvoyant. Your interactions with matches are your own responsibility; exercise the same judgment you would meeting anyone new.
The service is currently free during our beta. If that changes, we'll tell you clearly before you're charged anything.
You can leave anytime by asking Bubbe or emailing us; we'll delete your data per our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or put other members at risk.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past twelve months (currently: nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms; if we make material changes we'll notify you by text. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.
